Outer Uter Banks Wedding Association presents - Dream Beach Weddings - annual wedding expo

The Outer Banks Wedding Association is making final plans for the Annual Outer Banks Wedding Expo at First Flight Middle School in Kill Devil Hills, NC. The Expo features exhibits by OBWA members, music, food, and door prizes, as well as the grand prize drawing for two Dream Beach Wedding packages valued at over $12,000. The OBWA Wedding Expo traditionally draws approximately 700 brides-to-be and wedding planners to the Outer Banks every January. The Expo gives brides and local vendors the opportunity to meet and discuss options and services for the bride’s upcoming Outer Banks wedding. Sponsors for this year’s show are Mary Basnight Photography, Kelly’s Outer Banks Restaurant and Tavern, Shelly Chamberlain Photography, Metro Rentals, and Holiday House Flowers.

The centerpiece of this year’s Expo will be the drawing for two Dream Beach Wedding Giveaways at the conclusion of the show. The Dream Beach Weddings are two comprehensive Outer Banks wedding packages donated by members of the Association. The two packages are a formal wedding affair at the Whalehead Club in Corolla and an intimate wedding at the Elizabethan Gardens on Roanoke Island. Total value of both packages is over $12,000.

This year’s Dream Wedding Giveaway will be the first in what will be an annual grand prize drawn at the Expo. The winning couple will be featured in OBWA publicity and on the Association’s web site through their wedding planning period, ceremony and reception.
