Ranging from $54 to $97 per guest, Rough Creek receptions offer a variety of food stations with great signature dishes like Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Loin; Sherry Maple Glazed Quail on Parmesan Cheese Grits and Cold Poached Shrimp with Ancho Honey Horseradish Cocktail Sauce. Of course, each reception concept is only a recommendation; each will be specially catered to the bride and groom.

Receptions range from cocktails by the towering Texas stone fireplace to champagne toasts and dancing on the outdoor terraces overlooking Mallard Lake. Keeping within the silver, gold and platinum ranges, Executive Chef Gerard Thompson designs a personalized menu of his signature dishes, featuring his masterful fusion of delicate ingredients with wild game flavors. Of course, the finale to any reception the wedding cake is specially created by the pastry chef, complete with a keepsake top tier.

As the guests of honor, the bride and groom are treated with special surprises, including:
